DOMESTIC

Domestic ground orders are shipped within 2-4 business days via USPS First Class or Priority Mail - which usually delivers within 2-4 days for most destinations within the US.  We will happily rush your order for an additional charge.  Please notify us of any specific shipping requests at ladsandladybugs@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, once a package tracks with USPS as delivered, we cannot be responsible for replacing if stolen or missing.

INTERNATIONAL

We do ship internationally and have three options -

USPS First-Class mail (flat rate $12 for Canada, $16 elsewhere), which can take up to 4 weeks for delivery depending on your location,
USPS Priority Air (flat rate $35), 4-7 days, and
FedEx (flat rate $80), 4-7 days.

We cannot be responsible for lost or missing international packages. All applicable duties, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer, and packages returned rejected because of tariffs will not be refunded for shipping.
